Mozzarella sticks, couple steak tip salads, pizza with football, sub for lunch. Yeah, not a good weekend. Oh, and I didn’t hit the gym all weekend. The most exercise I did was go to Salisbury Beach with my wife and dog for a walk - so here is som proof of some physical movement…
Not really looking forward to the weigh-in tonight…

Well, I didn’t go work out tonight like I planned - but as promised here is the first of what I hope to be 52 weigh-ins.

248.5 lbs. Actually less than what I thought it was going to be. So it looks like my goal is going to be 198.5 lbs by the end of the year. That number scares the hell out of me. Not sure I’ve weighed that little since middle school.
I’m not sure how perfect this scale is - but this is the scale and the number I am going with, so this is where the 50 lbs is going to be counted off of.
Check in each week (planning on Monday nights) for the weigh-ins and to track if I am going to achieve (or even come close) to my goal.
